Briefly about what data the enquiry form collects, why it is needed and how long it is stored.
What data is collected
The form collects the mandatory phone number and, if desired, the name and text of the message. The enquiry page, the time of sending and the fact of consent are also stored.
The enquiry stores only the explicitly selected site language: Ukrainian, Russian or English. The browser’s full language list and device data are not stored.
Purpose of processing
The data is used exclusively for responding to requests, consultations, selection of equipment, coordination of installation, service or repair.
Who receives the enquiry
The enquiry is available to the "Тепло-Майстер Poltava" specialist. Notification of a new enquiry is sent to two internal addresses of responsible persons. The data is not sold or used for third-party advertising.
Storage
Applications are stored in Cloudflare D1 for no more than 180 days, after which they are automatically deleted. Technical protection of the form is provided by Cloudflare Turnstile.
Anonymous analytics
The site uses Cloudflare Web Analytics and first-party analytics to measure page views, navigation, clicks on important elements, section visibility, scroll depth and enquiry form stages.
To group events within one tab, a random session identifier is created in sessionStorage. It is deleted when the tab is closed and is not used to recognize the visitor in the future. The analytics do not use cookies.
The analytics database stores only allowed technical values: event name, page, section or element, language, device category, referring domain and allowed UTM tags. Form values, phone number, name, message, IP address and full user-agent are not recorded. Analytics sessions are not linked to enquiries.
Analytics retention
Detailed anonymous events are stored for no more than 90 days. After that, only daily aggregates without a session identifier remain, and these are stored for no more than 24 months.
To disable anonymous analytics in this browser, use the analytics opt-out link. The setting is stored only in your browser.
